in Vegas, I know Circus Circus has the minimum for everything, but the people there are lower classed. Playing online is good too if your in it for the money rather then the excitement.

Casino Royale on the strip has a 100x table with $1 minimum bet. Eldorado Casino in downtown Henderson (Nevada) has $1 minimums (10 times odds), as well as one of their other properties, Joker’s Wild. Both Arizona Charlie’s locations have $2 minimums, and Boulder Station has $3 minimums. I’m sure there are other places with similar low limits, I just haven’t been to them recently enough to remember.

Actually circus circus may be lower than most on the vegas strip, but downtown you will find several casinos that offer $1 minimum on craps tables with odds as high as 100X

Slots -O-Fun is $2
There are a few places downtown that are $1 but I don’t know them by name. I would guess the Western has $1 craps since they have $.25 roulette.
